Nippon Jyuyu Co., Ltd. is founded.
Nippon Jyuyu Co., Ltd. merges with Nichibei Koyu Co., Ltd., and the company name is changed to TOA OIL Co., Ltd.
TOA OIL lists its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
TOA OIL is designated by MITI (currently METI) as a primary distributor of oil products.
TOA OIL builds a refinery with crude oil processing capacity of 6,000 barrels per day in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa prefecture, and enters the oil refining business.
TOA OIL is involved in the establishment of Kyodo Oil Co., Ltd. and transfers its sales and transport units to the new company.
TOA OIL establishes OHGISHIMA OIL TERMINAL Co., Ltd.
TOA OIL establishes TOA Kyoseki Co., Ltd.
TOA OIL establishes TOA SERVICE Co., Ltd. (currently TOA TECS Co., Ltd.)
TOA OIL establishes EAST OHGISHIMA OIL TERMINAL Co., Ltd.
TOA OIL transfers ownership of TOA Kyoseki Co., Ltd. to Nippon Mining Co., Ltd. and joins the Showa Shell Group.
TOA OIL moves its head office from Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo to Kawasaki-ku, Kawasaki.
TOA OIL begins combined operations with Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K.'s Kawasaki Refinery. The Showa Shell Sekiyu Kawasaki Refinery and the TOA OIL Kawasaki Refinery are collectively renamed the Keihin Refinery.
TOA OIL establishes independent power producer (IPP) GENEX Co., Ltd.
TOA OIL transfers its IPP operation to GENEX Co., Ltd. GENEX begins IPP operations in June.
TOA OIL executes allocation of new stocks to a third party to Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K. Showa Shell Sekiyu becomes the holding company of TOA OIL.
TOA OIL merges EAST OHGISHIMA OIL TERMINAL Co., Ltd
TOA OIL close Ogimachi factory(former Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K.'s Kawasaki Refinery)
